On a very special edition of Let's Listen, Bonus Stage features Ronin Op F and his new album: Link's Restless Awakening.
Ronin Op F (aka Jay) is a violinist, breakbeat producer, mixing engineer, and composer in video games. Most of the music he makes is focused around breakbeat grooves and digital sampling techniques. He's been a performer for/collaborator with Saori Kobayashi, Ian Cowell, Kirby's Dream Band, LEX the Lexicon Artist, and more. He loves to play volleyball, breakdance, walk around cities, and drink a TON of milk tea, and aspires to be a proud owner of a cat and a dog who are best friends.
"The original "The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX" was one of the first games I ever played and truly immersed myself with. Back then, I had no idea how special of a game it was (and still is), amongst Zeldas (not that I don't like the others!), and Nintendo's 2019 Switch release made me realize the magic of nostalgia combined with a newfound wonder of revisiting this amazing game so much later in my life."
