On a very special edition of Let's Listen, Bonus Stage features Techno Mage and their new album: Hexproof!
Techno Mage is an electronic project formed by Dan Butler in 2018. The music is informed by an overarching, conceptual narrative which reflects on the human condition as it relates to technology, identity, self-worth, and the ongoing pursuit of purpose. Techno Mage can be characterized as a mixture of synthwave, chiptune, vgm, digital fusion, extreme metal, and orchestral/score.
Furious and armed to the teeth, the debut album from Techno Mage ventures into new territory, boasting a grandiose score tinged with synth-metal and dystopian atmosphere. After centuries of stars wheeling overhead, Techno Mage has awakened.
